Attached is the program which has
been initiated to start the process of getting sailing accredited with the SA
Sports Commission.
This accreditation is prerequisite
if sailing is to received any funding, be entitled to earn Protea colours or
even to be entitled to participate in Olympics.
Due to the urgency to get the
process started and the lack of response from other regions the attachment has
only North Vaal Region names for Coaches and Athletes.
This is
not ideal and other regions are asked to please try and get some
representatives to participate in this program.
